Mponline is a citizen service portal that uses information and communication technology to improve public service in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The purpose of the portal is to meet the needs of citizens and businesses on time. Citizens can access various types of services with just one click, the simplest way to effectively make online services available on the mponline portal to the citizens is the kiosk. The kiosk is usually a shop, office, internet cafe located in an urban area which is authorized under a contract with mponline Limited to provide online services to the citizens. For the kiosk allocation, businessmen associated with this type of business can apply online as per the rules. On providing online service to the citizens, the kiosk operator is given the prescribed service fee for each online service. This service fee is determined by the Service Fee Determination Committee constituted under the chairmanship of Secretary, Information Technology, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
What is mponline?
Mponline Limited is an important initiative and concept of e-Governance of the Government of Madhya Pradesh, which aims to extend the services of various government departments directly to the common citizen. Mponline is a joint venture between the Government of Madhya Pradesh and Tata Consultancy Services Limited. Mponline is the authorized portal of the Government of Madhya Pradesh, through which services of various government departments are being developed and provided online to citizens. It was formed in July 2006, since then it is providing its services in every region of Madhya Pradesh.
Mponline Portal is the only means to effectively deliver online services to the citizens in a simple way. Mponline is also a kind of business by which many people are earning their livelihood. With mponline Limited, a way to provide all the facilities to the citizens. The contract is done under which everyone can apply from mponline. For providing online service, mponline operator is provided a fixed fee for the services (fixed fee payment) to the operator. Is determined by the Service Fee Determination Committee, Secretary and Information Technology constituted under the chairmanship of Madhya Pradesh Government.
